What is a "Chino"?

Chino is the spanish word for chinese. Pronunciation: chee-no.
A lot of little market shops in Spain are managed by chinese people. That's why locals imply called  this type of stores "chino".

Chino are usually open until midnigh. They sell basic goods: fruits and veggies, bread, milk, cleaning products, etc.

It's important to know where your closest Chino is located because it can be very helpful, specially late at night.

The closest one to Costanilla's flat is on the corner of Atocha Street, opposite hand side.
